We are so happy you are here. The Wild horse Saloon is a dance hall and bar but more than that, we are a big family. The other thing you need to know about the Wild Horse Saloon is that we have the best staff in town. Seriously, they are the reason that we are a favorite hangout spot for locals. So come on by, grab and drink, get to know our staff and make some new friends.

Here at the Wild Horse Saloon we sure love y’all, and want to do our best to keep you safe and sound. In order to reopen, we must follow guidelines set by the state and encourage our patrons to do the same. So please be respectful of each other’s difference of opinion, and know that we will respect your opinion either way as enter this uncharted territory. Regardless, let’s get back to a buckin’ good time!

We want everyone to have as much fun as possible, but fighting and/or physical confrontation will not be tolerated, AT ALL. In the event of a fight/confrontation, it is Wild Horse Policy to ask and enforce that both parties leave the premises for the remainder of the evening. In the event that you were trying to fight/ confront any member of the Wild Horse Saloon staff, you will be “86’ed” PERMANANTLY. DO NOT DISRESPECT ANY MEMBER OF MY STAFF!!!!!!
Unless you get a hold of me via email, then you have to wait to come by during normal business hours, we open Tues-Sat at 6pm. We hold lost and found items for around a month and then take them to the thrift store. Credit cards are held for 1 month and then taken to the bank to be destroyed. So please try to remember everything when you leave the bar.

Amber
Amber is our fearless leader and owner of the Wild Horse Saloon. She was born and raised in Oklahoma but fell in love with Durango and has been here since 2005. She found the Wild Horse Saloon on BusinessesForSale.com (true story) in 2005, and been here ever since. Building a community and a place where everyone feels like family has been a long time passion of Amber’s. Outside of the Wild Horse, Amber has her hands full trying to be a loving wife, a supportive mom, help her hubby with his Trim & Upholstery business, and she is a health coach in all her spare time! LOL! No matter what, she is always smiling and realizes that the pandemic hastaught her a very valuable lesson— “Be grateful for what you have.. It can always be worse!” ….
Tammy
If you have been to the Wild Horse Saloon within the past 2 decades, chances are that you were greeted by our Miss Tammy at the door! Always a friendly and familiar face at the door… This is awesome, unless you were the one that got kicked out, hoping that the new staff might not remember your name in face! HA HA!!! Joke’s on you! When she isn’t working, she’s probably either fishing or tending to the farm… Always busy doing something!
Sage
She is probably the ‘OG’ bar baby… Back in the old days when her mama worked for the radio station, this little cutie used to do her homework up in Amber’s office while she and her mama were doing promotions… How times have changed and now she’s raising a little beauty queen of her own…. And other than her love of that little girl and horses, she is also starting to be quite the jewelry maker….
She may call you sweetheart and darlin’, but don’t be fooled with that sweet little accent…. She’s a firecracker if you light her fuse! 🙂
DJ Crazy Charlie
Charlie started doing Karaoke at the Wild Horse Saloon just a couple years after Amber purchased the bar… From there, he has just been taking over the DJ booth, and entertaining you all night long… You got a request?… Then he will do his darn-dest to get it on!! Always high energy, he aims to please and keep your little booties on the dance floor! 🙂
