We are so happy you are here. The Wild horse Saloon is a dance hall and bar but more than that, we are a big family. The other thing you need to know about the Wild Horse Saloon is that we have the best staff in town. Seriously, they are the reason that we are a favorite hangout spot for locals. So come on by, grab and drink, get to know our staff and make some new friends.

Here at the Wild Horse Saloon we sure love y’all, and want to do our best to keep you safe and sound. In order to reopen, we must follow guidelines set by the state and encourage our patrons to do the same. So please be respectful of each other’s difference of opinion, and know that we will respect your opinion either way as enter this uncharted territory. Regardless, let’s get back to a buckin’ good time!

We want everyone to have as much fun as possible, but fighting and/or physical confrontation will not be tolerated, AT ALL. In the event of a fight/confrontation, it is Wild Horse Policy to ask and enforce that both parties leave the premises for the remainder of the evening. In the event that you were trying to fight/ confront any member of the Wild Horse Saloon staff, you will be “86’ed” PERMANANTLY. DO NOT DISRESPECT ANY MEMBER OF MY STAFF!!!!!!
Unless you get a hold of me via email, then you have to wait to come by during normal business hours, we open Tues-Sat at 6pm. We hold lost and found items for around a month and then take them to the thrift store. Credit cards are held for 1 month and then taken to the bank to be destroyed. So please try to remember everything when you leave the bar.
Meet the Buckaroos!
Amber
Amber is our fearless leader and owner of the Wild Horse Saloon. She was born and raised in Oklahoma but fell in love with Durango and has been here since 2005. She found the Wild Horse Saloon on BusinessesForSale.com (true story) in 2005, and been here ever since. Building a community and a place where everyone feels like family has been a long time passion of Amber’s. Outside of the Wild Horse, Amber has her hands full trying to be a loving wife, a supportive mom, help her hubby with his Trim & Upholstery business, and she is a health coach in all her spare time! LOL! No matter what, she is always smiling and realizes that the pandemic hastaught her a very valuable lesson— “Be grateful for what you have.. It can always be worse!” ….
Tammy
If you have been to the Wild Horse Saloon within the past 2 decades, chances are that you were greeted by our Miss Tammy at the door! Always a friendly and familiar face at the door… This is awesome, unless you were the one that got kicked out, hoping that the new staff might not remember your name in face! HA HA!!! Joke’s on you! When she isn’t working, she’s probably either fishing or tending to the farm… Always busy doing something!
Stefie, General Manager
Stefie is a graduate of The University of Nevada where she studied English Literature and Journalism. She worked in corporate marketing for Caesars Entertainment for 5 years…until she vowed to never sit behind a desk again! She decided to take her talents to the Wild Horse Saloon in 2020. She is passionate about nightlife and hospitality. Her hobbies include painting, enjoying the beautiful outdoors, and dancing. You may recognize Stefie from our Thursday country dance lessons. She instructs the class with her husband, Andrew, who she met on our dance floor! Stefie is a proud wife and mother. She loves and respects all of the wonderful people that walk through our doors.
Jeff aka El Jefe, Bartender
Jeff is a beloved member of the Wild Horse family that has been around for years. He is a proud husband and the proud father of 5 children! Jeff’s is known for his fun-loving persona and out-going personality. This guy has a huge heart and you can’t help but love him.
Tierzah, Bartender
Tierzah, also know as Tea or Sweet Tea, is an awesome bartender and a music lover. She is currently studying at FLC. She loves to line dance and make pretty drinks!
Thomas, Floor Staff/Security
Thomas loves his mom. Haha! He’s always looking out for everyone. He’s a guy that takes his job seriously, but when he tells a joke or a story, he’ll have ya rollin’!
Alex, DJ
Meet our new DJ, Alex. He is our resident comedian. And yes, that was him in fishnets and knee-high boots during Snowdown.
Zoey, Barback
A total tattooed hottie! Step-mom of 2, mother of 3. She is a real-life Superwoman. Zoey is passionate about fitness and fashion. She has a jewelry business and sells adorable charm bracelets, necklaces, and accessories.
Jerika, Floor Staff/Security
She is a native of New York but has spent most of her life in the Durango area. She’s a mama with very active kids who participate in football and 4H. She’s an awesome cook and bakes the best bread you’ve ever had!
Randy, Floor Staff/Security
The most lovable bouncer you’ll ever meet! This husband and father is passionated about family life, hunting, and fishing. He’s a tall guy and he’s always keeping watch. If you think he can’t see ya over there…think again!
